Food was excellent. Staff did their best to accommodate during the long wait. We are older and standing in the small waiting area was a challenge. Without a reservation system, eating out is not good on a weekend night.
Absolutely love this place. Staff is outstanding and food & drink always great and never disappoints!
Atmosphere was warm and cozy, service was good. Drinks were perfectly measured and consistently good. Food was also good. They offer a gluten free crust but no gluten free bread for sandwiches. They do NOT offer vegan cheese for the pizza..... disappointing. Because of the reduced options, I ordered a custom pizza that ended up costing over $25 instead of what others could get at $17. Not great for dietary restricted customers.
Wait staff was amazing, polite and friendly. The restaurant and outdoor seating area are very nice! Pie fries appetizer was delicious. Got a double whiskey and the meatball sandwich was pretty dang good. Not a huge sub but more of a small flatbread with peppers and meatballs. Fries were also good. Place was very clean. Would go Again.
Pizzas were great and so was the chill atmosphere. The service was quick and pizzas were ready in no time. The crust was slightly too charred for me but if that is my only complaint, that's nothing! Will definitely be back.
So I'll have to try Republic Pi again: our pizza wasn't my favorite, but they have so many artisan pizzas that I am sure to find a really good one. The service was very personable and easy going. Different places to sit, depending on what you want: sports bar, adult high top, and regular tables. Generally a fun place. They really have some interesting pizzas, and I look forward to trying them. The brussel sprouts were really good: tangy, crispy, and tender.
Great food! Very good service! Had to try the pickled egg since I like all things pickled! Pretty good: the banana peppers were a nice touch. Meatballs were tender with tasty marinara, drizzle of pesto and shaved Parmesan. Best thing we're the roasted Brussel Sprouts! Looked charred/burnt but wasn't! Crispy tender addictive morsels!!! Due to dental issues, couldn't try a pizza or sandwich BUT they looked amazing! Hopefully, next time!
